We cannot rent space for auditions at this time. Because of our delicate floor, we do not rent for tap, flamenco, hip hop, or any other form requiring shoes. If you are able to rehearse barefoot we are happy to try and accomodate you. Movement Research is a dance service organization, and for this reason we rent only to dance and dance related rehearsals, workshops, and other applicable events. Please be sure to check for availability on the calendar below before calling or emailing with date requests. We like to minimize the number of times we have to say no to people. The studio is open from 10am - 8:30pm 7 days a week. Calendar location The studio is located at Movement Research at Eden's Expressway, 537 Broadway, 4th floor (between Prince and Spring.) The studio is convenient to the N, R, 6 and F trains. description Eden’s Expressway is a beautiful, well maintained, column free space with an excellent floor and bright light. The studio space is 35 x 40, with sprung wood floors, good light (windows on one full wall), and partial mirrors on one wall (curtain can be drawn.)
