Movement Research
Announces
MRX/Denmark

Movement Research is proud to announce a new partnership as part of Movement Research Exchange.

Movement Research Exchange (MRX) is a vehicle to spur interaction and exchange among independent choreographers and their peers from within and outside the US, enabling artists to travel outside their home environment for residency activities, informal showings, discussions and teaching opportunities.

With funding from the Danish Arts Council as part of DaNY Arts, Movement Research launches MRX/Denmark, a residency/exchange program that provides artists based in New York and Denmark with access to rehearsal time, work-in-progress showings, classes and workshops, and dialogue with peer artists.

Movement Research would like to congratulate and welcome Oded Graf and Kasper Daugaard Poulsen to New York. Both artists are currently on exchange in New York for a period of two months, and each has a collaborator in residence along with them for a portion of the exchange. Please join us in welcoming these artists to New York as they interact with MR’s artist community and offer showings of work-in-progress, as follows:
