Contact Improvisation represents the possiblity for real, deep and life affirming communication between people. The skills we need to develop are empathy, self confidence and an open mind, heart and spirit. My intention is to provide a safety net of techniques for falling without injury, taking and giving weight in ways that strengthen and feel good, to increase the potential for pleasure and to take the fear away.

Contact Improvisation: Integrating Movement Method
This workshop will integrate elements from various movement forms (CI, martial arts, dance, bodywork) to expand our choices and possibilities for Contact. Developing skills for moving in and out of contact seamlessly, how can we use elements of different movement forms to create the dance that moves us physically, emotionally and in spirit?
Pre-registration is advised.
